Apoteket PK Huset is centrally located in Stockholm's inner city with a dynamic flow of customers throughout the day. The location of the pharmacy in PK Huset gives us a varied customer base consisting of both workers in the area and both domestic and foreign tourists. We are a team of 8 employees who together create a welcoming, professional, and engaged pharmacy environment where collaboration and customer focus are at the center.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturdays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sundays 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. As a responsible pharmacist, you actively guide your colleagues by providing support with questions and making safe pharmaceutical assessments.

• Continuously work on improving routines and processes for safe and secure customer management.

• Conduct self-inspections and provide support in conducting risk and incident analysis.

• Guide your colleagues with questions - we grow and develop together.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality so that our customers can feel secure with us.

• Keep yourself updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications. You also need to have worked for at least 2 years in a retail pharmacy.

• You have worked with deviation management with root cause analysis and planning and follow-up of actions.

• You have at least 1 year of experience in establishing and revising instructions in the self-control program.

• You have at least 1 year of experience in conducting self-inspections with planning and follow-up of actions.

• You are meticulous, which means that no important and crucial details are missed. You are attentive, secure, and enjoy contributing to solutions in everyday life.
